Your MASSA COLLECTIONS watch is warranted to the original consumer only, for 1 full year to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

This warranty excludes the battery, wear to the case and strap.

​Our obligation and options under this warranty are limited solely to replacing the watch with the same style of compatible value to the extent that we, at our sole discretion,
consider that is not practicable to repair the watch.


  1. Defects arising from damage caused by accident, mishandling, incorrect or abusive use (knocks, crushing, moisture in the case of non-water resistant models)
  2. Leather straps, crystal and bracelets
  3. Broken crown, battery and scratched or cracked case
  4. Theft or loss of the components
  5. The warranty will be void if any alteration or repair is not performed by Massa Collections

Returned item without notification will not be accepted. Please note that discounted items will not be accepted for return / exchange unless the item is confirmed to be manufacturing defective. The product you return must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all the original packaging. To be eligible for a return or exchange, kindly see the following:

  1. The product is damaged upon receiving them.
  2. The product does not function as described in the product’s description.
  3. The product is not as per order. (Eg. Wrong size / colour / volume delivered)

​Upon returning your item to us, please email to info@massacollections.com with the following information:-
Your Full Name (as per invoice / receipt)

  1. Invoice / Receipt Number
  2. Reason for exchange
  3. Picture of Warranty Card
  4. Picture of purchased item
  5. Payment slip

Once we have received your request, we will reply you within 1-3 working days for further instructions. Please email us

  1. parcel tracking number
  2. courier company
  3. courier account number
  4. order number

​Failure to email us may result in delaying of the processing of your request.Exchanges must be done within a 20 days window for international buyer and 10 days window for domestic buyer. Postage in the event of a return is to be bear by the buyer.

Exchange should be sent to the following address along with proof of purchase. (Returns without proof of purchase will not be entertained)
