DO YOU SHIP GLOBALLY?
Yes we ship worldwide with POSLAJU NATIONAL COURIER through EMS (Express Mail Service) . We process all orders within 2-5 business days. Within the Malaysia we ship using Domestic Poslaju. You will receive a tracking number once the goods is processed.

DO YOU HAVE ANY STOCKISTS?
Currently we sell our full collections exclusively online at www.massacollections.com.

HOW DO I RETURN MY WATCH?
From receipt of the watch, you have 14 days to email us your Order Number and Email Address to info@massacollections.com and we'll guide you through the steps to return/exchange you item(s). Please note we only cover shipping postage from our distribution centre - not customer shipping costs unless we are at fault.

WHERE ARE THE WATCHES MADE?
We take great pride to producing a high quality product for each of our customers. It is our local designers watch which is made of Japan technology, Quartz movement.

IS THE WATCH WATER RESISTANT?
Yes, all watches are water resistant. We do not advise wearing the watch in a hot environment such as a Sauna or Hot Tub. Please also ensure the crown of the watch is securely fastened when in the presence of water.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DO NOT RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION OR DISPATCH NOTIFICATION?
In the non-receipt of an order confirmation or dispatch notification, please email our Customer Service at info@massacollections.com.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT IS PLACED?
If you change your mind from your original order placement, please email info@massacollections.com highlighting the change required. We will do our best to swap this before the point of dispatch.

CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS AFTER I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER?
Yes, once an order confirmation has been received, the customer has 1 hour (within the cut off time) to contact info@massacollections.com to request a change of address. If past this time, we are unable to get this changed and the item(s) will be sent to the original address.

HOW CAN I USE MY PROMO CODE?
After you pick your selections of products, You may use your promo code during the checkout session when you proceed with payment.

CAN THE CAMPAIGN OFFER BE COMBINED WITH A PROMOTION CODE?
The promotion code can be combine with discounted items but not with other promotion code. One promotion code is applicable per transaction. You may apply promotional code at cart section before checkout.
